Weighing Out

It's official!!! I am addicted to this thing called running and it is something that I cant get off my mind. Believe you me, I didn't plan on falling in love with this habit but it's here to stay I say.

I must share this: It has been a struggle to believe that a brother such as myself could ever get rid of those pesky inches from my waist. I know I know, I have been sharing my journey and that should be enough and you just might be right.
