My instagram followers list is FULL of amazing people who make equally amazing healthy foods and I often find myself staring at the dishes. Oh God how I wish there was such a thing as Smell-O-Vision.

My mom always shares with my sister and I that we should support cancer research any way that we can but it often falls on deaf ears. It's not that we don't listen but life is fast and there are loads of other responsibilities that we are dedicated too. Yeah I know, we need to listen to mom more.

Yep!! That's what I said for years and a day but thankfully my amazing wife changed my mind. See the way I remember it is my great aunt making it the regular way and not really like it. I won't tarnish her memory saying it wasn't good, I will just say, she meant well.
