I get really uncomfortable when the seasons change because I really enjoy working outside in the elements. I can sweat, jog, breathe hard and simply enjoy the views of the skyscrapers etc. This time change has done a slight number on my workout regimen but hey what can I do.
So many people ask me all the time how am I able to maintain a somewhat healthy eating regimen. First off? Im not the most healthier eater out there BUT I am probably one of the most pickiest.
I prefer fruits and vegetables instead of the canned items. I mean those cans are filled with standing water in them and even though they serve a good purpose there is nothing like a fresh cut apple or some fresh kale sautéed in olive oil and garlic.
GO FRESH!!
Ok so pay attention because this is gonna be quick and to the point. It has been kind of cold these past few days and you know what that means in my household?
You guess it: SOUPS ON!!
Check out this recipe for Sausage and White Bean Soup and please believe it was good. Yeah it was cause it wasn't much left.
My wife had a bowl and instantly went to bed!!!

Onion
Carrot
Garlic
Loads of Fresh Parmesan cheese *Im talking fresh*

Add one box of broth and beans and bring to boil. Once at boil, set moderate simmer for 30-45 mins.
Top with shaved Parmesan cheese. Get the good stuff, not that old school on the shelf kind.

Anyone who knows me or my amazing wife know the drill. We may or may not return your phone call because we are always on the run - Bey & Jay aint the only ones - we are always somewhere do something. We live a pretty cool life and definitely desire to have children but before we take on that lifetime commitment we give it all we have and move around ALOT.

Today was hectic and that is ALWAYS cause for a good home cooked meal in my house. I took the proper exit once I hit the freeway and hit up my local market. I decided on the ever awesome Italian Wedding Soup which is perfect for a cold night in the city and with a slice or *coughs* slices of cheese bread.

No, I don't want it. Not at all.
Yep!! That's what I said for years and a day but thankfully my amazing wife changed my mind. See the way I remember it is my great aunt making it the regular way and not really like it. I won't tarnish her memory saying it wasn't good, I will just say, she meant well.
