It's been a long haul to lose these pesky pounds but I wouldn't have it any other way. I have been working on this weight loss thing for quite a while now and every step is better than the last.
Lately on top of the regular power walking, eating healthy and getting proper rest, I have actually added a few more things to the mix.

Can't wait to see what 2015 holds for the weight loss.
