Mac and Cheese Ironed Out - Almost Got It Right!!!!

Just me sitting up in my amazing home and thinking of what I can conjure up in my kitchen and the rest is history - ALMOST!!

So how about some delicious mac and cheese spread across a hot waffle iron and ironed out to perfection??? Yes Yes Y'all - ALMOST! So I'm thinking I may have forgotten to add some sort of binding agent i.e. breadcrumbs etc. Nevertheless it was SO DAMN GOOD that I must try it again.
