Hello! Hello! Hello!!!!
Two things:
1. Let me apologize for being a bit untrustworthy where this blog is concerned BUT I have been B.U.S.Y.!!!!
2. I have a confession: When you are working hard to be a better you, healthier and happier?! You want to share with any and everyone.
It has been quite a ride where my weight loss is concerned. There have been Ups, Downs, In Between and much more. I have been on this journey for about 3 years! I was tipping the scales at 320 lbs and my life was totally in jeopardy.
I tried all I could and eventually realized that I was an emotional eater. When things got stressful, I went into pig out mode. All it took was a new location courtesy of my fiancé and I found a new groove.
I found stairs to run, good music in my ear and often I found myself crying as I was jogging. It was a total cleansing process that not only was good for my body but my soul as well. I am actually pondering writing a book about my journey. It is gonna be a deep read and sure to inspire.
I have to go now! I have Yoga now!!! Yes! Yoga folks!!
